By accessing or using CoachPayCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

CoachPayCoach offers various membership plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

If you sell products on CoachPayCoach, you additionally agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions of your products
• Set fair prices and honor all sales
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with our content guidelines and quality standards

We retain a commission on each sale as specified in your seller plan. Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule and require a minimum balance threshold.

Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading, you grant CoachPayCoach a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased products for their own coaching purposes. Resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction of purchased content is prohibited.

CoachPayCoach respects intellectual property rights. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices

CoachPayCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of any content sold on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachPayCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
